Of Iowa's 99 counties, Polk County had the most rural property and land for sale. There were 3,144 acres of sold land in Iowa recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a four percent increase in sales activity over the previous month, with a combined land value of $22 million for all property and land sold in the state.
